It is not possible to combine orders from different school as packings are done from the respective school bookshop instead of a central warehouse. 

To combine orders in one delivery, all items must be from the same school.

Orders will be shipped according to your selected delivery date.

*Note: Delivery route is determine by the courier company. The driver will attempt to delivery your order between 0900 and 1800 hrs.

Your orders are usually collected by our third party courier few days before delivery.

The courier may attempt to re-deliver to you on another day, subject to their availabilty.

After 2 failed delivery attempt, your order will be transferred back to the school bookshop. You will be required to provide your order confirmation for collection.

If you wish to re-schedule for another delivery, there will be additional delivery charge of $25 per order.

At your convenience, you may choose between Self-Collection and Home Delivery.

SELF-COLLECTION are at the respective SCHOOL BOOKSHOP.

HOME DELIVERY are fulfiled by 3rd Party Logistics

In consideration for families with more than 1 child from the same school, we have implemented multi-tiered delivery fee to optimise savings for their online purchase. 

*Note: Orders purchased from Pacific Bookstores can only be delivered to addresses within Singapore. We do not deliver to PO boxes

Self-Collection point are at the respective SCHOOL BOOKSHOP. 

Please bring along your Order Confirmation email for verification on the day of collection

You may attempt to collect the order on the next available walk-in date (subject to school availability) or when the school re-open in January.

Pacific Bookstores reserve the right to impose a storage fee of $5 per day for orders not collected after 14 days from the date of collection.

Please bring along your order confirmation email for verification.

If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may appoint others to collect on your behalf as long as they can provide the order confirmation email.

We do not ship internationally

Our customer service representative will respond to you within 2 - 3 business days for an exchange or collection.

*Note: For items that are not available, the school bookshop will issue a credit note (Pink copy) inside the delivery box. Please keep this copy for reference.
