How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
For PAYNOW and Credit Card, refunds may take up to 3 - 4 weeks, subjected to the processing duration of the bank.
For NTUC BTS e-voucher, redemption will be reverse back to your e-voucher account within 3 weeks. subjected to the processing duration of the respective organization
How will I be refunded?
If you paid via PAYNOW or Credit Card, refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment.
If you redeemm via NTUC BTS / CDAC e-voucher, redemption will be reversed back to your e-voucher account.
I've changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?
In the event that we accede to your request for refund of an online order, a $15 Cancellation / Amendment fee will be imposed on a per order basis. Pacific Bookstores reserve the right to impose reasonable terms and conditions for any consent to any Cancellation / Amendment of an online order.
If the order is delivering / have been delivered, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
