The following are some clarifications to the concerns that you may have and questions that we have been asked. Here are some answers to the more important ones, if you do not find an answer to your questions here, do email us: sales@pacificbookstores.com for assistance.

Do I need to pay upfront when placing Self-Collections orders in the www.pacificbookstores.com?

Yes, you need to pay online via Credit or Debit Card. (with Visa or MasterCard only)

What are the payment modes accepted for Self-Collection Orders?

We only accept electronic payments via major Credit & Debit cards (with Visa or Mastercard only) for Online self-collection orders.

For customers who prefer to do a walk-in at the schools’ bookshop, Cash payments are available for all bookshops under Pacific Bookstores. Debit / Credit cards will be also be accepted, only at selected outlets.

With effect from 1 January 2016, no Cheque payments will be accepted.

Where and what time can I collect my orders ordered under Self-Collection?

Orders placed under Self-Collection can be collected from the schools’ you have ordered from.

Please head down to the school’s bookshop or designated classrooms during the year end textbooks’ sale. You may refer to the booklist for the bookshop operating hours.

Please bring along the order confirmation and collect your orders according to the date stated in the order confirmation.

How can I choose self-collection during checkout?

On the checkout page, please select self-collection on the drop down panel. There will be no delivery charges if you choose Self Collection.



Click on “Continue” button, You will directed to following page, Please select your preferred collection date and key in other mandatory information.



If the dates are not displayed in the drop-down selection list, self-collection mode is not available for the school. Please choose home delivery option when you check out your order or choose Home delivery mode to continue.

Will I be able to combine my orders for self-collection mode?

No. We only accept per booklist order in one transaction, you will need to place a separate order for each booklist.

Where can I find my Order?

After an order has been placed and payment successfully made, you may view your Recent Orders. To see the history, login to your account and click on the My Account link > View Order Tab. A list of your previous orders will be displayed with the following information:
