Where can I find my Previous Orders?

After an order has been placed and payment successfully made, you may view your recent order by logging into to your account and clicking on the "My Account > View Order" Tab. A list of your previous orders will be displayed.



You will be able to print out your order if needed. To print the list of items you have ordered, kindly click on the order number, then the “Print Receipt” button to print.

Is there a return or exchange policy?

All items purchased from www.pacificbookstores.com are non-returnable / exchangeable except for the following situations:

  1. Upon receiving the items, the items are faulty / damaged / torn.
  2. Item received is different from what is stated in the Order Invoice.
Do report this matter to Customer Service within 48 hours upon receiving your items, either by email or calling our Customer Service Hotline. We will arrange for an exchange of the items with you.

Do note that all faulty / damaged / torn items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the sale invoice.

Will I be able to purchase my child's books at his/her school bookshop if I did not place any self-collection orders via the website?

Yes you may!

For customers who prefer to purchase directly at our bookshops, kindly walk in to our physical bookshops and follow the “Walk-in Dates” stated in the booklists issued by the school.

However, In order to enjoy shorter queuing times, customers are encouraged to place a “self-collection” order via the web. This will facilitate in pre-packing of items according to your order list.

On school Self-Collection dates, Self-Collection customers will be served first.

Items missing upon receiving home deliveries. What should I do?

Pacific Bookstores shall make every effort to fulfill orders by customers through www.pacificbookstores.com. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or availability of items during packing, some orders may not be fulfilled. A credit note that is issued by Pacific Bookstores Pte Ltd will be packed in the delivery box for the items unavailable during the time of packing.

Customers may claim these items at the respective school bookshop during operation hours once items are available.
