Pacific Bookstores was incepted in 1976 with a humble start of servicing 29 school bookshops in both Primary and Secondary schools.

 

With a dedicated team of founding leaders determined to set the benchmark for the educational service industry, Pacific Bookstores grew from strength to strength to become arguably the largest school bookshop operator in Singapore today.

 

This was only made possible with unrelenting set of core values upheld dearly within the company and partners along our journey to deliver service excellence to our customers consistently and the receptiveness to transform and upgrade our operations keeping up with times.

 

Pacific Bookstores have since expanded our services beyond conventional bookshop operations especially in the area of embracing technology and internet sales on our website.  We pride ourselves in pioneering the online textbook purchase on our website which gave the parents and students the ease and also convenience of receiving their items delivered to their doorsteps.

 

As a trusted partner with many educational service providers and end users of our services, Pacific Bookstores continues to invest in our service culture to acquire accreditations from recognised evaluators to ensure that we do not rest on our laurels and maintain our service standards.
