Problem at the Payment Gateway?

My connection timed out, or I saw an error when I was finishing checkout (on the payment page).

Firstly, login with the same account you were using to place the order.

  • View your shopping cart. If the product is no longer in your cart, your order should have been completed successfully.
  • Check your order status by click on the "My Account --> My Order" Tab.
    A list of your previous orders will be displayed, you can verify your order confirmation under the "Status" column. If it shows "Successful", it means your order is confirmed.
  • You may also check your email, we will email order confirmations to the email address you registered with us. You should receive the confirmation within 24hrs.(Please make sure to check your Junk or Spam boxes as the emails may be held in there).
